Huge Tiësto hit ‘Jackie Chan’ achieves platinum status

Widely regarded by many – including Mixmag – as the greatest DJ of all time, Tiësto has enjoyed a double-decade career packed with monster hits. From his early trance days with tracks like ‘Silence’, right through to his ventures into house with efforts like ‘Escape Me‘, and his more recent big-room anthems such as ‘Secrets’, the Dutch star has proved his diversity time and time again.

However, it is Tiësto’s May 2018 release, ‘Jackie Chan’, which has proved his most popular track of all time, smashing Spotify records, and achieving commercial success via a spot in the top 5 on the official UK charts. Now, the hit, made alongside Post Malone, Dzeko and Preme, has gone platinum in the United States and the Musical Freedom owner expressed his gratitude via Twitter.
