What happens when the Dutch King of EDM teams up with the Dutch Prince of EDM? Answer: A beautiful baby called ‘Wombass‘ is born. When Tiësto and Oliver Heldens gave birth to their thumping track in Autumn 2015, few could have imagined the impact the production would have on the industry, with the track soon becoming one of the all-time classic anthems of modern dance music.

But fast forward to November 2018, and ‘Wombass‘ is no longer in nappies. The toddler, turning 3 today, has very much learned to stand on his/her own feet in the music world, and is regularly played by the biggest DJs in their club and festival sets. With Tiësto and Heldens later deciding to release a vocal version of the track called ‘The Right Song’, the hit has amassed over 125 million Spotify streams, and enjoyed eye-watering success for both acts ever since.

With both acts widely regarded as two of the industry’s very best, both Tiësto and Oli were recently named in the top 10 of DJ Mag’s Top 100 2018 poll. You can relive this classic anthem below with the moment that the Heldeep master opened his Tomorrowland 2017 set with it, via a slick Black Eyed Peas & Whitney Houston edit:
