Corey James and David Pietras unleash their highly anticipated remix for Steve Angello

UK talent Corey James and Swedish star David Pietras team up to deliver a long awaited remix. Steve Angello released “Nothing Scares Me Anymore” back in March. Fans were blown away by its power and unique style. As the weeks rolled by a new edition started to surface in Angello’s sets. The new version featured a rocking groove and sharp stabs that mounted into a mesmerizing drop. Followers soon marked the remix to belong to the burgeoning duo that have worked together before, James and Pietras.

This superb remix on Size Records follows their previous Size release “Arlanda” from back in January. Here again we can see how both artists have a sound that compliments one-another.  The duo worked together on their Protocol Records release “To Live” featuring the vocal work of Bryant Powell. With Corey James’ ear for a solid groove and David Pietras’ melodic work, the duo simply can’t deliver a mediocre track. In the past few months, both artists have been working tirelessly in the studio, as well as playing shows.

The track begins with a tight groove that mounts into a big room drop that totally grabs your attention. The producers play with our minds as they add layer after layer of percussion and synths. As the groove fades away the luscious vocal rings down as strings and chords play along. They pay homage to the original feeling Angello developed all the while adding that special energy that only Pietras and James can conjure. A sensational tune no doubt!
