deadmau5 reveals mau5trap 2018 yearmix

mau5trap radio has seen its last episode for 2018, with deadmau5 compiling some of his labels’ best tunes of 2018. The yearmix features the likes of mau5trap regulars such as REZZGetterMonstergetdownATTLAS and many more. The mix featured something for all, with dark Techno rounding out the first few tracks, before the mix gradually moves onto downtempo & trap, followed by the bass & progressive house take over.

Spencer Brown features some of his best tunes from 2018, with ‘Does Anybody Really Know What Time Is?’ and Windows 95 On Acid’ both making it into the start of the mix, before the highly-anticipated deadmau5 & Rob Swire collaboration; ‘Monophobia’ blasts through the airwaves. Soon after Monstergetdown’s remix of deadmau5’s;‘GG’, two Getter tunes feature on the show, with his tracks ‘On My Way Out‘ and ‘All Is Lost‘ slipping onto the tracklist. The San Jose-based producer also had the pleasure of another single being sup[ported on the show; ‘Release’ ft. Midoca.

REZZ and No Mana round out the show with their unique brands of dark Techno & bass house, as ‘Flying Octopus’ and ‘The Crazy Ones‘, as well as ‘Serpent’s Missing Messages’ and ‘Bad Things’ ring through listeners’ ears.
