Swedish House Mafia announced for Weekend Festival Helsinki

The world is abundant with speculation around which festivals Swedish House Mafia are set to perform at this summer. Having already confirmed Creamfields, Tinderbox, Stavernfestivalen, and Frequency Festival as well as solo dates in Stockholm and Mexico City, the number of planned dates is already growing at speed. Rumours were already spreading about a show in Helsinki and now the trio has officially been revealed as headliners of Weekend Festival.

The three Swedes are set to perform on 19th July at Weekend Festival, but speculation has also started again for Tomorrowland and Ultra, as this email was sent to all Weekend Festival subscribers:

“Swedish House Mafia’s return onto the stages, after five years, has been a huge thing in the whole world of music. For the next summer, over 100 000 tickets were sold for their three comeback shows in Stockholm. In addition to that, in the summer this top trio is only going to play at the biggest festivals around the world, such as Ultra, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields. It’s also a really huge moment to get them to Finland, to Weekend Festival.”
