Egzod – Departure

Coming off the back of his 3-track ‘Atman‘ EP, Miami based producer Egzod, brings in 2019 with yet another magical NCS release entitled ‘Departure.‘ Supported by both the scenes top and growing artists such as The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, R3HAB, Crankdat, Snavs, and more, Egzod taps into his melodic side on ‘Departure‘ with featured vocalist evOke. The tune is a vibrant, uplifting stir of gorgeous synths, lyricism, and engineering. Accompanied by an equally as powerful drop, the tune does everything to evoke (no pun intended) heartfelt emotions out of every listener. Out of everything the tune offers, however, its Egzod’s ability to balance this melodic fervor and infectious bass that is the most admirable.

In a brief explanation behind the origins of the track, Egzod says,

“This is one of my favorite tracks I’ve ever made. I met evOke on Facebook and he wrote the lyrics in no time; the song was made pretty quickly during last summer.”
