Elohim – Buckets

New year, new artists, new music – 2019 is certainly going to be a year of surprises with many exciting releases having already been dropped. Singer and producer Elohim has just released her new track ‘Buckets‘, which has been co-produced by the one and only Skrillex. The song, released on Skrillex’s label OWSLA, is a very surprising one. With dark sounds and vocals accompanied by a heavy, rocky-infused minimalistic beat, this is her second release on the label after ‘Connect‘, which guess what, it was also co-produced by Skrillex.

This track perhaps not what fans might have expected and it came as a surprise for them. However, there is a deep meaning behind it. Elohim said the following about the track:

“2019 will be a year of unmasking, unveiling, and facing fears head on. Buckets is the beginning. This piece is an emotional purge, a side of me I’ve never shared before. I am now ready. Are you?”

Having read these comments, there will be plenty of opinions approving and disapproving of her new style. But, fans are always looking to hear something different, something never heard before, innovative and creative material. And considering the dubstep maestro, Skrillex, may be helping out with more of her tracks, we can’t wait to see what’s next. 2019 couldn’t have started in a better way.
