Martin Garrix delivers New Year’s Eve Beats 1 Radio mix

Closing out 2018 in style was Martin Garrix, who delivered an energy-filled Beats 1 Radio mix on New Year’s Eve, chock-a-block with STMPD RCRDS releases from the likes of Brooks, Ibranovski, Matisse & Sadko and many more. Garrix, who also delivered the STMPD RCRDS yearmix just days prior, ultimately closed out the year with Beats 1 Radio.

The world’s #1 DJ also took to Twitter to promote the mix:

Garrix kicks off the hour with Van Duo‘s easy-listening future house tune, ‘Rotator’, but quickly sends the mix in an alternate direction, channelling darker vibes through the likes of Slique‘s ‘Like That‘ and Ibranovski’s ‘Snackbox’. Soon thereafter, Justin Mylo and Brooks inject the mix with their signature energetic Future House sounds, with ‘Chasing Shadows’ and ‘Lynx’ emphatically taking over the airwaves.

Garrix keeps up the energy by turning to the world of Bass House, as Dyro‘s ‘Bring It Down’ and TV Noise‘s ‘Weird’ do some serious damage before Martin pulls back the tempo with OSRIN & Tom Martin‘s ‘Baller’ and Taska Black’s ‘Forever’, ending the mix on an uplifting, midtempo tone.
