Scottish DJ Calvin Harris stole all the headlines at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday night as he was awarded with the ‘Best Producer’ accolade at the 2019 BRIT Awards. With the Las Vegas resident also scooping the prize for ‘Best British Single‘ alongside Dua Lipa for their summer smash ‘One Kiss’, it was a night of double celebration for Monsieur Harris. Beating off competition from the likes of George Ezra, Anne-Marie, and Clean Bandit in the ‘Best British Single‘ category, Calvin even found time to pop up on stage and perform an extended medley alongside Dua, Sam Smith, and Rag N Bone Man.

It’s been quite the week for Calvin, with Creamfields also announcing that the Scot would return to the August Bank Holiday festival this year to headline Saturday night. The appearance marks Calvin’s first festival set in 3 years, with his last also coming at Creamfields when he closed the festival on Sunday evening on the Arc stage whilst Tiesto played the Horizon stage at the same time.
