Dotcom announces new music for 2019

The name Chris Comstock aka Dotcom, may not sound very familiar. However, you’d definitely know his other alias, Marshmello. Since he started the Marshmello project back in 2015, the Philadelphia-born producer has been topping the charts, winning awards, making all kinds of collaborations and blowing up every mainstage around the world.

Throughout these past 3 years, Chris decided to take a step back on Dotcom to fully focus on Marshmello, just making punctual and sporadic releases like ‘Take A Picture‘ along with Kayzo in 2015 and ‘Python’ with Say My Name in 2016. Now, it has been almost three year since his last release. However, this might be about to change soon.

This morning, the man behind the mask announced on Twitter new Dotcom music for this year. As exciting as this fact is, it raises some questions. Will there be any Marshmello influence on Dotcom’s new music? Will he maintain his trap roots? Will Marshmello play and premiere any of his music?

It’s clear that there are a lot of questions to be answered but now, let’s stick to the exciting news: Dotcom is back!
