Marshmello & Pritam – Biba

Marshmello first dropped hints of new music on his Instagram post where he was excited about having reached 16 million followers on January 22nd. The American music producer then announced his sending love to India in his first single of the year with ‘Biba‘ as seen on January 28th with a sneak peek video post. Featuring Indian artist Pritam, the single encompasses traditional Indian sounds alongside Marshmello’s electro pop taste, giving it a bright, modern, yet cultural twist.

The track has just been released through Joytime Collective and has received widespread support from his loyal fanbase. Differing hugely from the sound he has become known for over his career, fans have been thrilled to see the masked producer experiment with different influences. We cherish Marshmello’s appreciation for Indian culture and look forward to hearing the ethnic gem.  

After being nominated in 5 different categories in the iHeartRadio 2019 Music Awards, Dance Song of the Year (x2), Dance Artist of the Year, Best New Pop Artist, and Alternative Rock Song of the Year, this is bound to be a year to remember for Marshmello.
