While Swedish House Mafia are yet to announce their return to Ultra Music Festival Miami this year, they’re not holding back on revealing their international shows. Following the announcements of shows in Stockholm, Helsinki and Liverpool, the trio also recently teased shows in Zagreb and also Split – where Ultra Europe takes place. Their latest teaser, however, is taking steps outside of Europe.
Posters have once again started circling social media – this time in Seoul, South Korea. Korea, already one of Asia’s largest EDM markets, will surely be looking to lock in the Swedish trio, in hopes of further expanding on their reputation. While the Swedish House Mafia website does not yet display a show/s in Korea, there’s no telling if & when the official announcement will arise. Incidentally, similar posters popped up in Tel Aviv late last year, yet, Israeli fans are also eagerly waiting on an official date.
While it’s no secret MTV have been keeping a close eye on the SHM situation, their logo’s appearance on the posters are still confusing fans. The photo, which made its way onto Reddit, sparked debate, where one user went as far as to question the posters’ legitimacy, before other users sought out proof, debunking the user’s scepticism.
“could be real, but I don’t remember seeing that image on [Alexander] Wessley’s site & I don’t remember MTV being apart of the promo package they used.”
