Calvin Harris to sell recording studio home for $5.75 million
As one of the godfathers of the modern electronic music industry, Calvin Harris is a household name around the globe. With a career spanning multiple decades, the Scottish DJ/producer continues to defy expectations, exceeding his own prior successes with each new release. This time however, he is in the headlines for a rather different reason, as he prepares to sell his Los Angeles home.
Having lived in the Hollywood Hills home for just 16 months, following its purchase from none other than Steve Angello, he is selling the property for a whopping $5,75 million. The 6,000 square foot property includes a recording studio, as well as four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Suffice to say, the property is every producer’s dream, with breathtaking views across Los Angeles and a fully equipped recording studio as well as a music room that spans two floors. It is unknown whether Calvin Harris will be relocating to another destination, or simply moving elsewhere within Los Angeles, but the sale of this property is undoubtedly going to draw a lot of interest from buyers, and who knows, the home may once again end up in the hands of another major musician.
