Relive Swedish House Mafia’s set from Mexico City

Following on from their triumphant Stockholm return at the start of May, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello traded Sweden’s Tele2 Arena for the more tropical climate of Mexico City at the weekend, making their first Swedish House Mafia appearance in the country since 2013. Bringing the spice to this Mexican fiesta, the trio were criticised by some sectors of the internet for playing the exact same set as they did during their trio of nights in Sweden, but given how incredible the visuals for this performance were, we’ll let them off!

With the full setlist now available from our good friends over at 1001Tracklists, the iconic three-piece act pumped out their biggest hits, including ‘Save The World‘ and ‘One’ as well as a combination of their most popular solo records including Steve Angello’s tear-jerking ‘Remember‘, Ingrosso’s slick Alesso collab ‘Calling‘, and Axwell’s sensational recut of the Michael Calfan stomper ‘Resurrection’.

The full set has now also been uploaded to YouTube thanks to a dedicated Swedish House Mafia fan who recorded the entire thing in full 4K quality. You can catch it below ahead of Swedish House Mafia’s busy upcoming summer which will culminate in their first return to the UK in 7 years with a closing finale at Creamfields.
