Home Uncategorized Disclosure’s debut ‘Settle’ album turns 6 years old

First released on May 31st, 2013 Disclosure’s debut album ‘Settle’ turns 6 years old. Probably best known for ‘Latch’ feat. Sam Smith and ‘White Noise’ feat. AlunaGeorge, the UK producer duo landed various top 20 positions in the UK charts with individual releases from the album, reaching number two with ‘White Noise’.

The album consisting of 14 tracks, featuring various other artists like Mary J. Blige & Jessie Ware and samples from Kelis among others, was also released in various bonus track and deluxe editions with up to 37 tracks for the Digital special edition bonus tracks. The album was only the start of a huge success story for the British producer duo. Years later they teamed up with Lorde for ‘Magnets’, again with Sam Smith for the soundtrack of James Bond SpectreWritings on the Wall’ and The Weeknd ‘Nocturnal’, to name a few more recent collaborations.

The album and its timeless sounds are still played on the biggest festival stages and clubs in the world and it seems like Disclosure is not planning to stop producing in the near future, with their recent release ‘Talk’ feat. Khalid and their third studio album being in production at the moment.
