The fastest growing Mexican electronic act ANG and Swedish DJ/producer duo Trilane teamed up for a fresh progressive house/big room progressive track ‘Wherever I Go‘, featuring the stunning vocals of David Shane, released on TNC Records. The song has already gained huge support from big names like Blasterjaxx, Yves V and Kryder, although it has just been released.
Both of the duos have been making a name for themselves in the music industry for quite some time now. Trilane has gained a lot of recognition for their collaborations with the Dutch progressive house superstar Nicky Romero and for the multiple releases on Protocol Recordings that followed. ANG have also been getting more and more attention over the past years, gained huge support from A-list artists like Hardwell, David Guetta, Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers, made a debut at EDC Mexico 2019, with a mainstage set and a successful tour around Asia.
‘Wherever I Go’ is a mixture of two different, yet similar styles, that complement each other in every way possible. It is a powerful and energetic song, but at the same time very emotional, which makes it special and differs from most of the progressive house/big room releases of the season. It evolves into a nice groove, with uplifting breaks and super intense drop. The theme of the track was nicely described by the singer, David Shane:
“In today’s society, the world seems very divided. “Wherever I Go” sparks a flame of hope for a greater future, a flame of light to unite all of us as one. We become greater when we are united.”
Being filled with catchy melodies, high energy, amazing vocals and released just in time for the festival season, you can be sure to find ‘Wherever I Go’ in various playlists and hear it in many DJ sets this summer.
