Our dedicated ‘Best of’ playlist on Spotify will do a weekly dive into your favourite artists’ discography to curate a selection of their greatest hits and new tunes. Allowing you to enjoy the best of their catalogue in one place. This week, we focus on dirty dutch pioneer Afrojack

Afrojack has been one of the most consistent and successful DJs for over 10 years now, starting his own Wall Recordings label back in 2007 and consistently releasing boundary-pushing music whilst keeping up with a hectic touring schedule which sees him regularly travelling around the globe. His latest release is yet another banger. ‘It Goes Like’ is an incredibly energetic tune which has been smashing dancefloors ever since Afrojack premiered it at Tomorrowland Winter.

Arguably one of his best ever tracks is the iconic ‘Ten Feet Tall’, which he released as part of his 2014 album ‘Forget the World’ in collaboration with Wrabel. On tracks like this and ‘The Spark’, Afrojack shows he is able to create meaningful melodic tracks as just as easily as club bangers. He is also known for his indistinguishable dirty dutch sound, which he has evolved and perfected over the years, the sound can be heard across his productions, ranging from the legendary ‘No Beef’ to ‘Annie’s Theme’ and the more recent ‘Bringin It Back’.

Many might have forgotten his 2010 release on Steve Angello‘s Size Records ‘Pacha On Acid’, which is still a banger to date, despite all the changes and new sounds which have come out since.

Be sure to follow Afrojack on his social media to keep up to date with his latest music and show announcements. Also, be sure to check out our ‘Best of’ playlist below to see weekly focuses on your favourite artists. Relive Afrojack’s biggest hits below.
