Illenium announces his third album ‘Ascend’
Illenium has been killing the game lately, and lucky for us, he just revealed that his third album ‘Ascend’ will be out on August 16th. With all these striking track releases over the past couple of months, we knew something big was in the works. The Chicago-born producer has gained tremendous recognition since his upbringing, and 2019 is set to be, arguably his greatest year yet. With some time left before the album is out for listeners to fully indulge in, rumor has it a few more surprises are still in store including album pre-sale information.
The album’s grand reveal was accompanied by a surprising tour announcement (available in full below), with its 30-date phase one venture released a few days later. His Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks live show announcements earlier this year were definitely ambiguous cues to look out for, but we’re thrilled that these one-of-a-kind performances will be traversing nationwide. With the album coming out mid August, Illenium has given us just the right amount of time to fall in love with its entirety before the tour kicks off on September 18th in Pittsburgh. The Ascend Tour is set to ignite through December, with its pre-sale now available to the general public.
If you haven’t already, check out Illenium’s latest track “Good Things Fall Apart” Ft. Jon Bellion and get a little taste of what ‘Ascend‘ will be all about.
We have also attached the full schedule for the upcoming North America tour to help fans get a better idea.
