Jeffrey Sutorious releases statement regarding legal battles over socials

After a long and hard-fought legal battle, Jeffrey Sutorious has gained control over the Dash Berlin social media accounts. As a result of the feud, Sutorious is now taking full control of the brand, while other founding members; Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg, have each parted their own ways, as they embark on their own respective projects.

In light of the situation, Sutorious recently took to Twitter to express his gratitude toward those who’ve accompanied him during the period.

“I want to thank my lawyers Mr. Düzgün, Mr. Zee and Mrs. Wisman for their continued support and advice on both personal and professional level. I couldn’t have done this without you. I want to thank my wife for staying behind me all the way through heaven and hell”

As a trio, Dash Berlin came together in The Hague, in 2006. Together, they would go on to release 4 studio albums and earn their stripes with countless classic hits, including ‘Waiting’, ‘Till The Sky Falls Down’ and ‘Man On The Run’. It is also worth noting that the group’s last official single, ‘Locked Out Of Heaven’, was composed without Jeffrey Sutorious.

Sutorious also went on to thank friends, family and fellow colleagues in this tweet.
