Rumours circulate over possible Swedish House Mafia performance at Wynn Las Vegas

Home Uncategorized Rumours circulate over possible Swedish House Mafia performance at Wynn Las Vegas

Fans were left disappointed earlier this month as a scheduled back to back set from two members of Swedish House Mafia, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, at XS Nightclub in Las Vegas didn’t go to plan. Sebastian Ingrosso never turned up to perform – with accusations stating that he never actually left Sweden – leaving Steve Angello to perform a solo set and the absence of Ingrosso was never properly addressed, with the full trio also cancelling their Ultra Korea performance shortly after. However, fans in Las Vegas (and surrounding areas) may soon be treated to something even better, after a new date appeared on Wynn’s socials for an unknown performance.

In a cryptic Instagram post that the official Wynn Nightlife account uploaded, a new residency was announced with the only information being the date 6.25.19. Instantly the comments section was flooded with Swedish House Mafia talk, and it’s easy to see why. The text and formatting used in the video matches exactly that of the branding heavily used by and associated with the Swedish trio and of course it could just be a coincidence, but the similarity is too large to not notice. Interestingly enough, the owners of Wynn Nightlife also own XS and booking Swedish House Mafia for a residency would be a pretty huge way to make up for the cancelled Ingrosso appearance.

Further details – apart from the date – are yet to be announced, so keep an eye on all socials for further information pertaining to the event.
