Already one of the largest festivals in the world and one certainly synonymous with the pinnacle of electronic dance music, Tomorrowland will be expanding this year into the Amsterdam Dance Event. Its new event, Our Story, will take place on October 17-18th at the infamous Ziggo Dome. The event will offer three hours of a stellar lineup that includes Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, residents Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Goose, Netsky, Push, Steve Aoki, Tiesto, and The Bloody Beetroots. The Metropole Orchestra will provide additional assistance for the star-filled lineup.
Celebrating its 15th year as a destination for all festival-goers this July over two beautiful weekends, this year marks a year of firsts for Tomorrowland. Tomorrowland Winter premiered in March of this past winter in the French Alps, while Tomorrowland also launched its new radio station, One World Radio in February. Its newest installment, Our Story, will be a collection of highlights and brilliant productions from some of the electronic dance music industry’s biggest acts. It serves as a second choice for those avid fans that cannot afford the weekend getaway to Tomorrowland in July, and will surely be one of the highly sought after tickets in Amsterdam this fall.
Tickets for the newest installment under Tomorrowland’s epic brand will go on sale June 11th at 5 pm. It’ll be interesting to see how this festival will pan out and how Tomorrowland will continue to help grow the electronic dance music industry over the next few years.
