3 Are Legend & W&W – Khaleesi

Coming of a spectacular closing set at the Tomorrowland main stage last week, superstar trio 3 Are Legend (composed by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Steve Aoki) have teamed up with legendary duo W&W for a brand new Game Of Thrones inspired track ‘Khaleesi’. Khaleesi is a character on the popular tv series played by Emilia Clarke, and fans of the series will no doubt enjoy this brand new tune themed around the character.

Despite the production being shared by 5 different artists, ‘Khaleesi’ still manages to sound coherent and is a very clean production which masterfully showcases all 5 artist’s signature sounds. It is also the perfect festival banger which has already been doing damage on the world’s biggest stages this year.

The track features 2 unique sections, all being driven by the anthemic melody which we are presented with in the first break. While the track initially builds to a banging big room drop in the first part, the second part comes as a surprise as the build culminates in a beautifully melodic second drop, which still holds great amounts of energy thanks to the strong percussive elements and driving sounds.
