Few DJs can boast the experience and the talent possessed by David Guetta, who has been driving forward electronic music through his incredible productions for more than three decades whilst keeping up with an intense touring schedule. David Guetta performance at mainstage Ultra Europe is a testament to his greatness, as he was effortlessly able to combine different sounds from different years into an extraordinary, high-energy set.
He opened up with his highly anticipated upcoming record ‘Never Be Alone‘ in collaboration with MORTEN and Aloe Blacc, which is incredibly able to combine underground sounds with Aloe Blacc’s incredible vocal talent. Despite not playing the vocal version this time, the track was still a great choice as it made the crowd go crazy. David Guetta was able to keep the momentum strong by then switching to his cover of The Chemical Brothers‘ legendary ‘Hey Boy, Hey Girl‘ also in collaboration with MORTEN.
David Guetta then played a combination of his all-time greatest hits like ‘When Love Takes Over‘, ‘I Gotta Feeling‘ and combined it with some unreleased music and a fresh new remix of FISHER‘s sensational hit ‘Losing It’, rumoured to be produced by himself under his Jack Back alias.
Unfortunately only the first 20 minutes of David Guetta’s performance are available currently online, but be sure to relive it via the MixCloud link below and follow David Guetta on his social media to be the first to relive the full set once he posts it.
