When it comes to top-tier artist-owned record labels, you can’t go far wrong with the behemoth that is the deadmau5 owned mau5trap. Stocked to the brim with some of the finest young talent electronic music has to offer, it’s rare you get to hear the a bulk roster performing live in the same club, and it’s even rarer to hear it in the UK. Until now.

Taking place on August 22nd right in the heart of London’s trendy Shorditch, the mau5trap label takeover is the perfect way to kick off your August Bank Holiday weekend if you’re stuck for something to do in the UK’s capital city. Held in the surrounds of Village Underground, it’s also the perfect venue for such an event, with it’s spartan, industrial, and intimate space, solid sound-system, and peerless production. Featuring on the lineup is the cream of the mau5trap brand, with performances from fellow LA residents i_o and Rinzen, Toronto based Attlas, rising stars Gallya and Ghost Dance, rounding out with some home talent in the shape of Cardiff’s own Dom Kane.

It’s also quite the bargain for such a wealth of talent in such a close-up setting, with tickets at £10. They’re available now, and if you can’t make it to the capital, or fancy seeing the mau5trap roster twice in one weekend, along with the boss-man himself deadmau5, then why not join them in the journey north for a weekend at Creamfields and make it a wild weekend to remember.
