Relive Alesso deliver a stunning performance at Tomorrowland Weekend 2

Swedish superstar Alesso has once again delivered a mesmerising performance during the glorious second weekend of Tomorrowland. Jam-packed with mashups, classic hits as well as plenty of newer music, the energy-filled set proved to be one that the fans all helplessly fell in love with.

Kicking things off with one of his more recent tracks, Alesso opened up with his and Deniz Koyu‘s remix of a single from his ‘Progresso Volume 1’ mixtape; ‘Time’. Soon thereafter, BROHUG‘s remix of the late Robert Miles‘ ‘Children’, would seamlessly be blended with ‘Under Control’ and Avicii’s ‘SOS’. In fact, throughout the entire set, all but 4 tracks were mashups!

Mixing a dash of nostalgia with a hint of today, Axwell‘s iconic ‘In My Mind’ remix made it into Alesso’s set, as it was mashed together with his Florida Georgia Line & Hailee Steinfeld collaboration, ‘Let Me Go’. Fans in attendance were also treated to some more progressive house magic, as the likes of ‘Cool’, ‘Sweet Escape’, ‘Heroes’ and Axwell Λ Ingrosso‘s ‘Dreamer’ all blasted through the speakers.

The Swede also played out some more recent music toward the end of his set too, with ‘Sad Song’ and ‘Remedy’ both being two of four songs not featured in mashups.
