deadmau5 finally rewarded his patient UK fans with the debut of the Cube 3.0 in the UK at Creamfields over the weekend. Filled with classic tracks, a plethora of mau5trap tunes and live vocals, all the elements came together to compliment the stunning visuals LED screens and the Cube alike, proving to be an unforgettable experience for all patrons in attendance.

Taking a ‘Nosedive’ into the thick of things, Joel opened up with a bang as the bright lead synths would correlate with the effervescent lights, often alternating between an undulating green and pulsating orange, making full use of the Cube‘s capabilities. Other tracks which would soon follow included ‘Imaginary Friends’ and ‘Cthulu Sleeps’ before Joel ignited the crowd with his ever-popular Rob Swire collaborations; ‘Ghosts ‘N’ Stuff’ and ‘Monophobia’.

A true showman, Joel also brought out fellow Canadian artist, Lights onto the stage to sing a pair of fan-favourite tunes as the crowd sang along to ‘Raise Your Weapons’ and ‘Drama Free’. deadmau5 also treated the Creamfields crowd to a pair of remixes, as Noisia‘s twist on ‘Raise Your Weapons’ and Cobra Effect‘s remix of ‘Maths’ blasted through the speakers, much to the delight of the crowd.
