Gorgon City x MK – There For You

North London based producer duo Gorgon City and American DJ and producer Mark Kinchen, better known as MK combined their talents and just dropped a fresh groovy track ‘There For You’. The song has been highly-anticipated for quite some time now, after being an essential part of MK’s sets in the past few months. The artists decided to give the fans what they have been waiting for and drop the track, as you can see in their Instagram post below.

2019 has already been a really successful and busy year for both sides. Gorgon City have dropped quite a few crowd pleasers this year already, ‘Elizabeth Street’, ‘Delicious’, ‘Lick Shot’ and their Kaskade collaboration ‘Go Slow’. They are definitely on a roll and keeping the fans on their toes all the time. MK on the other hand has been touring non-stop, all around the world, performing at some of the greatest venues out there. He has been satisfying his fans with fresh releases as well, ‘Body 2 Body’ quickly became one of the essential radio and club tracks, alongside of his remixes of ‘Find U Again’ by Mark Ronson and Camila Cabello and ‘So Hot’ by Anabel Englund and Nightlapse. Now the house masters have joined forces and created a summer hit ‘There For You’, that is already set to be a chart topper.

The track starts off with a nice vibey rhythm and introduces us to soft female vocals, that enrich the track with emotion and sad lyrics, singing about wishing to be with a loved one. Overall the song is very melodic and consists of some signature groovy drums and synths. It is very catchy and has a moody vibe to it, but still seems uplifting because of its positive beat.
