We could be one huge step closer to the release of some new Swedish House Mafia music as “It Get’s Better”, their show opener, has suddenly appeared on the app Shazam.

Upon using the audio detection application, a handful of fans have reached out on social media to demonstrate how the ID is now officially recognised by the software and how it’s attributed to the trio. This could be big news with inevitable SHM releases on the horizon, and could possibly mean that work is underway behind the scenes prior to its official release.

The track has picked up significant attention ever since the first of the new shows back in Stokholm, especially as it appears as if the Swedes have stuck to their roots, collaborating with American singer-songwriter Pharell Williams. It’s not the only ID that has fans talking, with “Underneath It All” as another possible SHM release.

Still very little is known about how soon we will get to hear new official Swedish House Mafia content and how much of it there will be. However, even something as small as this gives us a glimmer of hope that it will be sometime soon. Hopefully, we will come to learn more in the coming weeks as they travel to FM4 Frequency FestivalZürich Openair and Creamfields UK.

Until then, listen to the emphatic Swedish House Mafia intro ID and Shazam it yourself below!
