Swedish House Mafia

Did Swedish House Mafia just drop a new release teaser?

Swedish House Mafia are up to their old tricks again having teased yet another release! Their track ‘It Gets Better’, which popped up on Shazam last week, sent fans into meltdown, following their strong desire for new music from the trio. However, it seems as though there’s another track brewing.

‘Underneath It All’ has made its way into the trio’s sets since their first 2019 show in Stockholm, Sweden. Officially labelled as a “working title” for now, this could soon change after the group posted a mysterious photo with the caption: “Underneath It All” on their Facebook page in typical Swedish House Mafia fashion.

Last week’s leak of ‘It Gets Better’ was well documented across the electronic music world – and, understandably so. Fans have become somewhat irate with the trio’s lack of releases as of late, and despite their collaboration with A$AP Rocky, fans are still yearning for more. Earlier last month, Steve Angello engaged in a rant with a fan on Instagram who attacked the group’s slow music output, where Steve explained the “quality over quantity” mentality to the frustrated user. However, now, it seems the user may have had his wish granted.

What do you think? Did Swedish House Mafia just confirm their next release, or are they just pulling on the ol’ heartstrings again? Keep up with all SHM-related news here!
