Nakhu – Phantom

French producer Nakhu, based in Paris, has just another single, followed by his previous record ‘Mirage’. ‘Phantom’ is the second release of Benjamin, better known by Nakhu and is a mix of ‘Future Bounce’ and ‘Progressive House’ as he describes.

As we are shifting towards the winter months of the year, the track is perfect to enjoy the last sunny days of summer this year with its summery sounds, and energetic drops. Nakhu says the track has been completely rebuilt around the melody of the records, as this is the most important part of it for him, making him feel emotion. Although he only possesses two tracks in his ever-expanding back-catalogue of music, the funky Frenchman is on his way to establishing himself in the industry.

Nakhu initially started producing after he saw Martin Garrix‘ video explaining, how he made his breakthrough track ‘Animals‘, and from this moment on, he was that producing is what he wants to do and dived right in. He takes his influences from the Dutch electronic music scene and producers he’s interested in.
