RÜFÜS DU SOL – SOLACE REMIXED

In October of 2018, Australian group RÜFÜS DU SOL released their third studio album ‘SOLACE’. Well received with great reception, the album peaked at number 2 on ARIA‘s Australian Albums chart and number 6 on Billboard‘s US Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart and since then (and even prior to that release) the trio have been on a hot streak of success with countless sold-out shows and performances at coveted festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza and Electric Forest to name a few and ‘SOLACE’ is one of the reasons why they gained massive success this year, along with a long history of musical success. With all this in mind, we delve into the brand new ‘SOLACE REMIXED’ album.

Featuring 18 tracks, RÜFÜS DU SOL have managed to rope in an all-star lineup of some of their favourite artists to remix their stunning tracks. Artists from Hot Since 82 to Cassian and Icarus to Audiofly all jumped at the chance to have the honor of re-working the tracklist to ‘SOLACE’ and for their first remix album they didn’t hold back at all with two discs of music. In addition to the amazing artists featured, there is also a very special RÜFÜS DU SOL VIP edit of the track ‘Eyes’ which is sure to go down as a crowd pleaser.
