Tomorrowland Winter drops huge phase 1 line-up for 2020 edition

Shortly after announcing its theme for 2020, ‘The Book of Wisdom – The Frozen Chapter’, and about a month away from its first ever Amsterdam Dance Event event, Tomorrowland Winter just dropped a huge phase 1 lineup for next year’s edition.

With a post across its social media channels, Tomorrowland is fuelling the anticipation for the second edition of Tomorrowland Winter by announcing the first artists that are going to perform. Of course, Tomorrowland residents Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will be performing and joined by headliners Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Kölsch, Martin Garrix, NERVO, Steve Aoki, Vini Vici, and Yves V amongst others.

Aside of those mentioned already, some of the best artists of various genres will be performing, including Charlotte de Witte, recently awarded with the ‘Best Techno Artist’ award by the Electronic Music Awards – Ibiza, Coone, and Ran-D bringing their hardstyle talent to the festival, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Armin’s partners in crime during his Ibiza residency, and many many more.

Tomorrowland Winter had its first edition this year in the Alpe d’Huez ski resort in France. With an unplanned minor evacuation due to a snowstorm, the first edition didn’t go without any hiccups, however, it seemed to have been a success as the festival sold out as well. From March 14th to 21st, 2020, the village of Alpe d’Huez in the French Alps will only be accessible by ticket holders to the festival, enabling the organisers to transform the whole location into a winter wonderland paired with the amazing Tomorrowland festival experience you’d expect.

Check out the full lineup below – and if you want to get a glimpse of how the festival looks in a completely different setting, the aftermovie is available on YouTube. Convinced to go? Tickets are already on sale for 7-day packages through your Tomorrowland account and 4-day packages will go on sale this Saturday at 5pm Central European Summer Time (CEST). Each package includes accommodation, the festival ticket, and the ski pass for the time you’re staying… so what are you waiting for?

Born in Germany, spent 6 years in Ireland and now living in Amsterdam. My love for electronic music started in 2012 and now I'm traveling around the world for electronic music - you'll mostly find me either in dark warehouses raving to the best Techno beats or enjoying Trance with massive light shows.
