X Games Aspen, one of the biggest extreme sports competition in the world is approaching once again and next to its brilliant activities and sports lineup, there is also a big treat for all the music lovers out there. With some of the biggest names of the industry like Marshmello, Martin Garrix, Lil’ Wayne, The Chainsmokers and Kygo already taking over the stage in Buttermilk Mountain, Colorado in the previous years we can only expect the best of the best. For X Games Aspen 2020 edition they decided to add Illenium, Alesso, Rae Sremmurd and Bazzi to their festival program.

If you haven’t heard about this crazy experience yet, X Games Aspen is an interesting mixture of extreme sports, music and festival on snow, right in the middle of Colorado mountains, between 23rd and 26th of January. With its 23-year legacy, the X Games host more than 200 best ski, snowboard and snowmobile athletes from all around the world, in a competition that showcases 18 different disciplines. Next to all of that craziness, they also offer a place to chill for all of the attendees in the Aspen Mountain Vendor Village, where the visitors can take a rest from the madness and catch different brands handing out samples, swag and doing product demos.

Friday, January 24

Rae Sremmurd – American hip hop duo, formed by two brothers, Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee. They are most known for their high energy shows and platinum trap anthems. Their breakthrough single is called ‘No Flex Zone’ and has gained amazing feedback by A-class names like Nicki Minaj and Pusha-T, which really helped them rise on to the scene.

Saturday, January 25

ILLENIUM – Melodic bass producer from Denver, Colorado that has already made a name for himself on the dance scene with his signature sound and has headlined some of the biggest festivals like Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, EDC, Decadence, Electric Forest, Paradiso, Coachella and more. In the previous month he released his highly anticipated, third full-length album ‘Ascend’, which dominated the charts on streaming platforms all around the world.

Alesso – Grammy nominated Swedish producer and DJ, who has been around for quite a while, bringing us some of the biggest chart toppers of dance music like ‘Heroes (We Could Be)’ featuring Tove Lo, ‘Under Control’, ‘Remedy’ and ‘If I Lose Myself’. He will be serving some fresh, progressive house tunes at the Buttermilk Mountain in January.

Sunday, January 26

Bazzi – Another American artist on the lineup is the 22-year old R&B/pop superstar, that gained the most recognition by the public with his breakthrough album ‘Cosmic’, especially with his hits ‘Mine’, which has been now certified three-times platinum and his follow up hit ‘Beautiful’, featuring Camila Cabello.
