No stranger to Amsterdam Music Festival, French legend David Guetta is a regular to the iconic AMF stage. Performing there for multiple years including a special II=I B2B set with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike (who have just been crowned 2019’s No.1 DJs of the world by DJ Mag) in 2018, he is a friendly face to the massive event and was back for the 2019 edition which was arguably the biggest yet. Sharing the lineup with the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto and Alesso to name a few, Guetta was in great company as he took to the massive stage.

Opening with a bang and immediately commanding the stage, the MORTEN and Aloe Blacc collaboration ‘Never Be Alone’ pulled in the crowd and raised energy levels instantly. No one to give any time for the crowd to rest, he then went into a multitude of unreleased tracks with MORTEN which excited the crowd to no end and left them hyped for the tracks to arrive. Of course, it wouldn’t be a David Guetta set without the classic bangers, and thus came tracks like ‘Memories’, ‘Titanium’ (as part of a mashup) and ‘Play Hard’. Never failing to get a massive crowd reception with these bangers, the roof of the famous Johan Cruijff ArenA was almost torn off and it’s no surprise. Even appealing to his more underground-loving side, his alias Jack Back was also shining through in the setlist selection which gave variety and unpredictability to the mindblowing hour long set.

David Guetta has proven time and time again why he is one of the best acts to see in the scene, and why he keeps being invited back to massive events like AMF to entertain the tens of thousands of fans who flock out. Check out the full tracklist here and our video of all of the electrifying drops featured in the set below.
