AMF is always a special time for future house maestro Don Diablo. Performing at one of the biggest venues – Johan Cruijff ArenA – in his home country of the Netherlands is a huge achievement for any artist to do even once, but he has performed at the festival multiple times now. His return to AMF proves that he is one of the most in-demand acts and was born to play in huge arenas to a never-ending sea of adoring fans. Time and time again, he never fails to bring the energy and his AMF 2019 set proves this in the best way.

Taking to the stage, Don Diablo decided to create an intro edit of his 2019 track Never Change,  which was a nod to his older sound and showed fans that he will never change who he is and will always stay true to himself. Making his way through his beautifully catchy discography, he played exclusively his own originals and remixes (for artists such as Bastille, Martin Garrix and Miley Cyrus) for the first 16 minutes much to the delight of the packed out crowd full of superfans who knew every word and every beat. Wanting to put the spotlight on his imprint Hexagon, the vast majority of his setlist incorporated Hexagon-released tracks to showcase the insane amount of talent on his label. Of course, the classics were out in full force with the likes of ‘Cutting Shapes’, ‘On My Mind’ and ‘Momentum’ all dominating through the speakers. To some people’s surprise and delight, a few new IDs were played out and judging by the crowd reaction to them, they will be instant hits when they arrive to streaming services whenever that may be.

No one can take away Don Diablo’s crown, and this set has solidified him even more as a superstar. Listen to it below and check out the tracklist here!
