Excision & Illenium tease new collab during Lost Lands b2b set
Anyone who attended Lost Lands this year got to witness a very special Excision b2b Illenium set debut, during which the two prominent dubstep and bass music artists teased us all with their new track collaboration. A highly anticipated set for many fans, it was the most spectacular way to close out the last night of the uniquely designed dinosaur-themed music festival.
First ever B2B with @ILLENIUMMUSIC was such an epic way to end Lost Lands! I’m so stoked we finally got to play our new track for everyone! Thank you so much Headbangers, I’ll see you all next year!

As the only festival that takes attendees back in time to the prehistoric days, Lost Lands is surely one-of-a-kind, and this might have been its best year yet. Throughout the weekend, attendees would not stop ranting all over social media about the tremendous amount of talent that performed each day and how incredible this year’s level of production was. While tons of different artists debuted new tracks during the festival as well, we’re still not over the fact that Excision and Illenium finally took over the same stage together, and on top of that surprised us all with an unreleased tune.
This fresh collab is just what we would expect from these two joining forces in the studio. It features the perfect blend of Illenium’s melodic touch that puts us all in our feels and Excision’s heavier and filthier sound elements. It was about time we got to listen to the best of both worlds in one single track, as it’s been a long time coming since their last collaboration “Gold (Stupid Love)” was released back in 2018. There’s no official release date for the new track just yet, but we can’t wait until its officially out on all major streaming platforms!
