Going solo in 2018 after work in a unit named RUDE PLAYERZ, Souki has decided to branch out on his own. Already having a large solo discography, he is influenced by the electrifying sounds of hip-hop, house and rock to name just a few, and draws inspirations from almost anywhere. Producing for some of the biggest names in Japan, he has connected and rubbed shoulders with some heavyweights at places such as Ultra Miami and he has alo performed at multiple different festivals in Japan and nothing is stopping him from breaking out to other corners of the world. His release titled ‘Samurai’ hit the number 25 spot on the Beatport electro house chart and is currently signed to Harmor Records, who’s past releases with other artists have seen support from the likes of Dimitri Vegas & Like MikeHardwell and Borgore to name a few and this one received major live support from Knife Party during their Ultra Music Festival & S2O set in Taiwan.

Now, Souki has unleashed his latest weapon onto his growing fanbase. Titled ‘Horizon’, it features vocals from talented star Simon Jackma. Venturing into the energetic trap style of EDM, Souki has hit the nail on the head with this one. ‘Horizon’ isn’t a typical trap song, blending emotive vocals into hard-hitting synths to create something to show off a new side of the trap genre that has gained a cult following over the years. Proving that Souki truly is a jack-of-all-trades, he can take any genre and make a banger out of it, making it uniquely his own whilst also staying true to the genre itself.

Souki is someone to keep an eye on as he goes from strength to strength.
