Ultra Miami teased the fans yesterday afternoon with an upcoming announcement on Twitter, and the big news has arrived a little bit later and it is not spooky at all:

Armin Van Buuren will bring back the ‘A State of Trance’ for the 2020 edition of UMF, which will also mark ASOT‘s 10th anniversary with Ultra Miami.

Previously, the festival revealed that Carl Cox‘s MegaStructure will return as well – hosted by RESISTANCE. What’s more: for all three days, establishing another amazing page to the book about the 16-years tale of Carl Cox and Ultra Miami.

But after this announcement, trance fans started wondering if there is still space for ASOT and if yes where? Yesterday the team answered 1/2 of this question: Armin’s signature show will be back, but instead of the accustomed final day, Sunday, it will be present on Saturday! Currently, there is no further information about its location, but we are sure they will find the best solution, that Armin has well deserved.

The beginning of 2020’s Ultra season is just a few months away now, kicking it off  with Ultra South Africa, where the phase 1 line up is already out, with headliners no other than some of the biggest names in the EDM scene: Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Dash Berlin, Black Coffee and Jamie Jones.

A week later, on 5th and 6th March, the Ultra-team will deliver their high-quality stage designs and productions to Abu Dhabi, for the debut of Ultra in the Middle East. The registration for the ticket sale opened its doors yesterday as well, so make sure you don’t miss out on signing up in here.

After the United Arab Emirates, they will only have one transition day to set their sails in the direction of Australia, to first conquer Sydney on 7th March and to move immediately to Melbourne, on 8th March.

The next stop will be the Motherland of Ultra, Ultra Miami, to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of one of the leading electronic dance music festival between 20-21-22 March, as the venue return ‘home’ – to its most renowned location: Bayfront Park.

Last month Ultra has officially taken over the number one position for the world’s principal festival brand as they settled in all continents, besides Antarctica of course, having events across 29 countries and 46 cities.
