Home Uncategorized New music from The Chainsmokers set to drop on Friday

New music Friday is one of the best days of the week every week, especially when there’s a huge artist set to drop something new. The huge artist that we’re talking about is, of course, The Chainsmokers. This news follows a massive Europe tour announcement where they will hit nine major cities in huge venues in October 2020 with one of those dates being at Amsterdam Dance Event. The duo – consisting of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall along with touring drummer Matt McGuire – have had a huge few months with a massive american tour and their MTV VMA ‘Best Dance’ win. Showing no signs of slowing down, they are about to add to their ever-growing discography.

On November 8, the track ‘Push My Luck’ will be released as the next single from upcoming album ‘World War Joy’ (with four other tracks off the album released already). Building the hype for the album even more, this one is going to be their biggest yet and if the teaser for ‘Push My Luck’ is anything to go by, then we can’t wait! The teaser posted to The Chainsmokers’ social pages features Drew Taggart’s vocals which deliver (as always) on being nothing but stellar and a slight taste of the drop. From this, we can tell that the track will be melodic and beautiful, touching on the side of the duo which showcases their ability to create meaningful tracks.

The teaser has received extremely positive feedback from excited fans who have been waiting for this one for a while, with The Chainsmokers playing it out at their recent shows. Already a crowd pleaser, we can tell that this track will be a staple in a lot of people’s playlists when it finally arrives to streaming platforms on Friday. Are you excited for the track? Let us know in the comments!
