Oliver Heldens x Firebeatz & Schella – Lift Me Up (Feat. Carla Monroe)

What a year Oliver Heldens has had! Undeniably, it’s been one of his biggest and best yet with the amount of massive releases he has had, and other feats like another successful Heldeep show at Amsterdam Dance Event 2019, but he isn’t done yet and his latest release is one of his biggest yet. This time, he’s enlisting the help of some of his artist friends. Dutch musical duo Firebeatz have worked their way through nearly every subgenre of house and have mastered them all. Working with acts like Calvin Harris, Tiësto and Martin Garrix, their talents are recognised by the big leagues. Schella is an up-and-coming young talent who has worked with Firebeatz previously and has charted on Beatport. All of this talent on just one track is rare to come by, but when it happens it makes for an extremely explosive track and that is exactly what ‘Lift Me Up’ is.

Enlisting vocal support in the form of London based songstress Carla Monroe – who is most known for vocal support on MK’s track ’17’ – this track is bursting with talent in every form. With such a top class roster of artists, ‘Lift Me Up’ has the strongest foundation to be a massive hit in the charts and the dance music world. Released on Heldeep Records, it is already being branded as a shuffler’s anthem and it’s easy to see why. Monroe’s expert vocals shine through as always, and the groovy bassline made by Oliver Heldens, Firebeatz and Schella immediately makes you want to get up out of your seat and teleport to a festival in the summer.
