Yotto – Odd One Out Mixtape 01

Yotto is one of the kings of creating great mixtapes. He has delivered on mind blowing mixes such as his winter mixtapes or his mix for the coveted BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix series and more recently, he’s started up his own imprint. Odd One Out is the brainchild of years of hard work from Yotto. So far, Yotto has released all his music there since starting up the label in July. Birthing a tour in the same name with current dates in America, Canada and Fiji, he has also announced and released a new mixtape in the same name amidst the tour announcement.

Named ‘Odd One Out Mixtape 01’, the name suggests this will be an ongoing series. Truly spoiling fans with a new mixtape to obsess over, this is how he describes the first mixtape in the new series:

“There’s a very bad episode of Friends where Chandler recycles an old mixtape from his former lover. This is that mixtape. Music from me, my friends, my favourites and my enemies. Odd One Out Mixtape 01.”

The mixtape itself features an array of artists to please anyone such as Nicole Moudaber, Quivver, Erkka and many more. Yotto also cheekily inserted an ID into the mix, and an ID remix of his popular track ‘Nova’. Already proving to be a fanbase pleaser, the master has delivered yet again and never fails to impress us all.
