Kygo’s set at the Avicii Tribute Concert wowed the crowd

Listeners of Kygo will know that his sound is stunning and beautiful, and it turns out Avicii was the one artist who inspired him to get into the music scene. When Avicii died, Kygo’s beautiful tribute at Coachella was one of the most talked about tributes at that moment, and it was clear that Kygo had a special kind of bond with the Swedish legend. In fact, he went so far as to get his iconic logo tattooed on his forearm as a permanent reminder that Avicii will forever live on. All of this makes it seem extremely fitting for him to be on the lineup for the special Avicii Tribute Concert which just happened, and his set was a beautiful reminder of Tim Berling’s life.

As expected, there were plenty of beautiful moments in Kygo’s set, but one moment that stood out was when Kygo brought out Sandro Cavazza to sing his vocals live on the Avicii track ‘Forever Yours’. This truly got the tears rolling, and that beautiful energy and emotion was coursing through the entire set as the crowd saw an artist pay tribute to his biggest inspiration in his hometown, and sources on Reddit say that it was Kygo himself that finished the ‘Forever Yours’ track himself.
