Martin Garrix and Matisse & Sadko – Hold On

Martin Garrix and Matisse & Sadko return for one more huge track in 2019 in the form of ‘Hold On’ featuring Swedish star Michel Zitron. One of the most highly sought-after ID’s from Martin’s ADE performance at RAI Amsterdam, the artists have finally released the single via Martin’s STMPD RCRDS.

The long-time collaborators, who’ve teamed up on a number of different tracks, have delivered the single just in time for the new year, however, the song has been in the works long before now, according to Matisse & Sadko;

“It’s become a tradition to collaborate with Martin in the studio just before ADE every autumn and we love this tradition. We were happy to work with such exceptionally talented writers as Michel Zitron and John Martin. A lot of versions were made and all of them were ideal. It was really hard to choose only one!”

‘Hold On’ marks the trio’s 6th track together. Having first released ‘Break Through The Silence’ and ‘Dragon’ together back in 2015, both tracks ended up charting in the Belgian charts, before follow-ups ‘Together’, ‘Forever’ and ‘Mistaken’ peaked at #18, #1 and #1 respectively on the Beatport Big Room & Dance charts. Given their previous successes, Martin Garrix and Matisse & Sadko have left ‘Hold On‘ with some big shoes to fill!
