Few other electronic acts have achieved quite the success of The Chainsmokers in the past few years, with their fanbase ranging from young kids all the way to older EDM fans. 2019 has been one of their biggest years yet, and now it’s been nicely book-ended with the full release of their third studio album World War Joy.

The album’s journey began back in the spring, with six of the ten tracks being released across the year, with collaborations from ILLENIUM, Bebe Rexha, 5 Seconds Of Summer, and Ty Dolla $ign. If that wasn’t enough, the teaming up with pop-royalty doesn’t stop there, as Alex and Drew have now revealed tracks featuring Kygo, and the highly anticipated punk-electronic crossover with none other than blink-182. Indeed, as the decade comes to a close, the latter is something of a throwback to the end of the millennium, as much like blink before them, The Chainsmokers have roundly proven that you can smash you way into mainstream success and still retain your credibility.

World War Joy is now available to stream in full below, and if you fancy catching The Chainsmokers live, they’re touring across Europe later in 2020, with shows in taking in cities such as Munich, Amsterdam, and two dates in London, with tickets available now.
