Zedd teases brand new collab with Martin Garrix

Home Uncategorized Zedd teases brand new collab with Martin Garrix

This past Friday, the German-Russian producer Zedd shared an exciting message for all his followers on his twitter what might be one of the most unexpected and biggest bombs of the year. He will be teasing a brand new collaboration with the one and only Dutch prodigy Martin Garrix.

These news coming just when we reach the end of the year, has come as a big shocking exclusive for most fans that did not anticipate that. However, the artist behind legendary tunes like ‘Clarity‘ or ‘Stay The Night‘ announced the following message on his socials:  “ANYONE DOWN FOR A ZEDD x @MARTINGARRIX COLLAB?!” accompanied by some photos of the pair chilling, listening to music together and other pics sharing the stage and DJ booth at a festival. This has taken fans and all the industry in general in the edge of their sits while we await for more news about it.

By the character of the tweet, we ignore to what point of the collab they are right now. We do not know if this is almost done and finished, if they’re just starting over or basically this is a question to get some reactions and see if they go ahead with a collab together. What we do know is that both artists have been pretty much busy these past months. Zedd has been out and about on holiday and promoting his latest record ‘Good Thing‘ with California-based singer Kehlani, making a live recording in New York. Martin Garrix on his side, has been unstoppably occupied with the production of ‘Used To Love‘ with Dean Lewis and the rehearsals and preparation of his upcoming song set to be the anthem for the Euro 2020.

However, we might have come up with what might be the origin of this collab, when this past October both producers shared the stage together for a B2B2B with Jax Jones at Soundcheck afterparty. If that was the case, this track might be close to see the light.

In either case, we will have to wait a bit more to see more news on what promises to be one of the tracks of the decade!
