Wired Music Week 2020 set to be huge with massive topic and artist lineup
Wired Music Week (WMW), is Asia’s biggest electronic music conference and festival. Hosted at the iconic club Zouk Genting (which is also a 28-year-old brand that constantly has ties to the biggest names in electronic music) in Malaysia, 2020 will be it’s third ever instalment as it continues to grow bigger and bigger each year. This year, they are centering the event around the theme of ‘sustainability’ within all aspects of the electronic music industry worldwide. Focusing on topics such as sustaining a music festival and sustainability of a radio show in the digital streaming world, it will go into depth about everything you need to know and then more.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a music conference without hearing from some of the biggest and best in the industry who have established themselves and their brands. This year includes the likes of Laidback Luke who will be hosting ‘The Power of Creative DJing’ workshop, Revealed Recordings who will be hosting two workshops ‘Social Advertising For Artists’ and ‘How To Get Signed By Record Label’ and other speakers such as Stephen Dowler (Brand Manager APAC, Monstercat), Oskar Eichler (Chief Operating Officer, 1001tracklists) and Stijn Van Dijken (Event Manager, Revealed Recordings).
Other fun events will include debate panels which will give people a chance to vie different points of a debate, workshops, panels and exclusive afterparties which will feature Markus Schulz, Arkham Knights and many more which will give attendees a perfect party after a day of studying the industry.
