Jack Back teams up with Tom Staar for groovy ‘Body Beat’

Jack Back and Tom Staar have put their heads together to mastermind their new groove-driven single “Body Beat”.

David Guetta, under his Jack Back alias, continues as one of the finest names in tech house and has now returned once more under the Toolroom Records imprint. As the first ever collaboration between the French and English producers, “Body Beat” combines Jack Back’s signature tribal drums (reminiscent of Baianá) with the typical energy of Tom Staar’s  emphatic top-lines. The vocal hook is the most addictive element of this record, however, as the chop builds and builds towards an unrelenting groove drop sure to leave your head in a mesmerising spin. As the festival season looms, expect to hear this one on heavy rotation as Jack Back and Tom Staar tour with this gem in their digital arsenal.

“Body Beat” is the first original release of 2020 under Guetta’s new alias as he looks to build on a successful 2019 which saw him boast his versatility with acclaimed releases such as “2000 Freaks Come Out” and “Survivor”. Tom Staar, on the other hand, continues to surprise us as he continues to collaborate with every artist he can get through his studio doors and surely, there can’t be many left!
