The most unexpected musicians partnerships of all times

Home Uncategorized The most unexpected musicians partnerships of all times

Celebrities always make collaborations with each other. It’s natural to see two talented musicians making art together. But let’s look a bit further and see some different types of partnerships that will seem odd at first glance.

Tekno Miles

Tekno Miles is one of the top afro pop DJs in the world. His interest in Bitcoin and his unique music made one of the top online casinos propose a long-term contract. Bitcasino contacted Tekno Miles and made him a Global Ambassador for the casino in March 2022.

The musician will give the VIP gamblers experiences hard to forget, such as personal invitations to the VIP area at the most anticipated sports events. The crypto-based casino will feature his music at events, and he will also promote the casino online.

Bitcasino is one of the top casinos with numerous cryptocurrencies as payment options. It has a VIP loyalty program. In general, loyalty programs offer special bonuses, discounts, and event tickets to important events.

Peggy Gou

The rave legend, DJ, and producer who mesmerized the world with her music and energy doesn’t stop only at making music. She is a very discrete person, but she still signed a contract with Ray-Ban. Peggy Gou signed a deal for a sunglasses line with Ray-Ban in 2019.

The deal included her as the model for the sunglasses, and she was the one that designed the glasses frames. Another item that the line had was a gold sunglass chain that features Gou’s initials.

Snoop Dogg

Snoop Dogg doesn’t need a presentation. He took over the internet with his numerous interests outside of music and collaborations. An unexpected but well-received by fans commercial is the one with Martha Steward. The cooperation between the two and the BIC company is an ad for their newest lighter.

Snoop Dogg made another surprising collaboration with fintech payments company Klarna. Some of his fans were not enthusiastic about it and started blasting his action on social media platforms. They consider the ad not to be authentic. The star did his job so well that Klarna became one of the top trending shopping apps on Google Play in 2020.

Marshmello

Another artist who doesn’t need a presentation is Marshmello. The American electronic music producer and top DJ does charity and has a cooking show on Youtube. One of his most listened-to songs, “Happier,” is a collaboration with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

His latest and most ambitious partnership is with the worldwide brand Coca-Cola. This collaboration’s all about emotions and the metaverse. The limited edition cans have a QR code that leads to a page where AI will make digital art with your feelings. The emotions the AI will capture will be the ones you get while listening to Marshmello music.

Dolly Parton

Dolly Parton is one of the most important and beloved country music stars. Her generous heart and beautiful voice attract numerous companies to want to work with her. She is choosy and accepts to collab only with companies she trusts and that promote only good things.

One of the most recent partnerships is with a mobile phone company. T-Mobile releases commercials with Dolly Parton as the main character. She explains the 5G phones and their features to different people, such as Miley Cyrus.

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus made a cool partnership with the ice cream brand Magnum last year. The concert was an “8D” event. The baseline was that “Pleasure has more than one layer” just like their ice creams.

Many agencies collaborated on this performance. Miley’s music was retouched, reverbed, and had particular sounds for the 8D audio effect. The “Miley in Layers” concert was live on youtube, and people enjoyed the experience with headphones.

Final thoughts

Almost every superstar has had at least one unique collaboration with a brand. These partnerships help both the brand and the musician gain more vast audiences. Good marketing strategies and hard work are the two most important things for modern society. Some people will get to know a musician from a soda can, and some will try a new ice cream after an online concert. It’s all about perspectives and hard work that pays off.
