Mura Masa unveils a new single ‘Love’: Listen

Grammy award-winning artist Mura Masa yet again surprises us with a new house single ‘Love’.

Mura Masa is one of the key pioneers when it comes to making memorable songs with a wide variety of collaborators that many wish they had the chance to work with. Guernsey-born producer’s most popular hit record ‘Love$ick‘, with A$AP Rocky is one of the most important records that helped shift electronic music to where it is now receiving platinum certification and charting #6 in Billboards Top Dance / Electronic Albums.

Starting this year, Mura Masa has been rolling out quite a few singles this year starting out with a jungle, jersey-inspired track ‘Whenever I Want’ along with other hip-hop collaborations and remixes. With his recent single rollouts, fans believe an album is coming on the way a year after his recent LP ‘demon time‘ which featured artists like Lil Uzi Vert, PinkPantheress, and slowthai.

His new single ‘Love‘ is a new UK-inspired dance track with UKG-style basslines and lush, phone box vocals from the vocalist Daniela Lalita. ‘I want to love‘ as the lyrics go, is a great way to describe this track Mura Masa provided as the drums with percussive rhythms perfectly blend into the whole arrangement. Overall, ‘Love’ is well constructed and feels like a continuation to potentially his upcoming releases or big LP projects he has in plans.

On the other hand, the producer has been on tour this year with his biggest performance yet at ‘Coachella 2023‘, performing at the Mojave Stage performing his minimalistic yet melodic UK-inspired records while also bringing out surprise guests Shygirl and Channel Tres. Mura Masa still has a few shows to play with his recent one being hosted by Boiler Room at Burgess Park in London headlining along Mall Grab and Funk Tribu on September 17th.
