Arturia expands its popular FX Collection with 4 powerful new plugins

What’s New?

FX Collection 5 comes with 34 plugins, 4 more than FX Collection 4. The new additions include Bus PEAK, Bus EXCITER-104, Efx MOTIONS, and Efx REFRACT. While the previous collection had compressors, modulators, filters, delays, preamps, reverbs, and distortions, it lacked a solid limiter – now added as Bus PEAK. The Bus series from Arturia started with Bus Force in FX Collection 2 and now expands with two new plugins. Let’s take a closer look:

Bus PEAK

Bus PEAK is an audio limiter plugin that provides comprehensive loudness control and metering. It combines tone shaping, clipping, and limiting capabilities to let you maximize the loudness of your mixes while maintaining clarity and detail.

Some key features of Bus PEAK include:

1. Versatility – It can be used to boost the overall loudness of your full mix or to help specific tracks like vocals and lead instruments cut through the mix without distortion.

Efx Refract

Arturia’s last 2023 release, is a unique multi-effect for experimental sound design. It is a versatile unison multi-effect plugin combining a refraction engine, 5 mode FX, 47 presets and 12 harmonizer chords to enrich, texturize and transform sounds from distortions to detuned harmonics.
